Up for auction is my 1972 Chevrolet Cheyenne Super. Here is what I know about the truck, I rode my bicycle by this this truck everyday for at least 10 yrs when I was a kid I went into the military and everytime I came home I stopped to try and purchase it, when I moved back home in early 2001 I tried again. I moved across town and didn't see the truck for several years one day I came to visit my family and drove over to look at it and asked one more time to buy the truck just to get turned away again. In 2012 I learned that one of my friends worked with the gentleman who owned the Cheyenne so he started asking him on a bi weekly basis finally sept 19 2012 I got my chance and I ran to the opportunity. I had the truck transported to my house where we started getting it back up to speed we replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor button, front calipers, rotors, pads, rear shoes and drums, ordered a 5-7 lowering kit, c- notched the frame, fixed a/c new lines(blows ice cold) new fuel sending unit, next we put on a new set of American racing torque thrust wheels and BFG tires, I had new tail pipes ran. The reason I am selling is I have been building a porter built 1968 anniversary c-10 with a Ls motor, also a buddy of mine told me that the Roadster Shop C10 was for sale so I bought it. Long story short I have to many and something has to go.
